A Little About Me

I'm Harper, and I’ve devoted much of my life to caring for others—whether at the bedside as a nurse or in my personal life with family and friends. Over time, I began to understand that to truly be there for others, I had to start by caring for myself. It was a difficult lesson, learned through moments of burnout and exhaustion, but it opened my eyes to the importance of self-care. That’s where guided imagery, journaling, and my love for simple comforts like coffee, tea, and hot chocolate came into play. These little rituals helped me find balance, peace, and clarity, even on the most challenging days.

Through Harper Ease, I’ve brought together my love for creative expression and the power of self-care to offer something meaningful to others who need a gentle reminder to slow down. Whether it’s a journal that helps you process your thoughts, an affirmation that boosts your confidence, or a meditation that soothes your spirit after a hectic day, each item I create is crafted with intention. My hope is that through these small but powerful tools, you’ll find the same sense of peace and renewal that I’ve found—and that you’ll feel a little more inspired to take care of yourself, too.

What I Value and Matters to Me

At the heart of Harper Ease, I hold these core values:

Mindfulness: I believe in the power of being present and intentional in everything we do.

Compassion: My work is rooted in kindness and understanding, especially for those who often give so much of themselves.

Creativity: I value the creative process and believe that journaling, guided imagery, and mindfulness are ways to tap into that energy.

Empowerment: Through my products and resources, I want to help you feel empowered to take control of your self-care and mental well-being.

Why I Started Harper Ease

As a nurse, caring for others has always been at the heart of my work, but over the years, I’ve realized that true healing goes beyond just physical care—it includes mental and emotional well-being. In my career, I’ve seen how essential self-care is, especially for those in caregiving and leadership roles. There were times I felt burned out and exhausted, and it became clear that to fully support others, I had to learn to nurture myself.

That’s how Harper Ease was born. It’s a reflection of my journey to balance caring for others with caring for myself. Through guided imagery, journaling, and simple rituals like a warm cup of coffee or tea, I found moments of peace and clarity that recharged my spirit. I wanted to create something that would offer the same support and renewal for others.

With Harper Ease, I’ve brought together my passion for leadership, wellness, and creative expression to give back to those who are always giving so much of themselves. Whether it’s a journal to help you process your thoughts, an affirmation to inspire your day, or a meditation to soothe your mind, I hope each piece of Harper Ease reminds you to slow down and care for yourself with the same compassion you show others.
