Even picturing the movement of water has a way of softening the mind and loosening the tension we carry. When I guide you into moments like these, I often draw from simple practices that help many people settle into a peaceful state. First, we focus on deep breathing, matching each inhale and exhale with the gentle rhythm of flowing water. Then comes mindful observation — noticing the colors, the sounds, the subtle shifts in light and movement.
